▶ AI Grading Rubric
| Dimension | Weight | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Specific profile | 15% | Expertise names who they help and what they offer; no phone or address; at least one account handle. |
| Work linked up | 20% | Video description links to product, booking and agent (or says honestly what is not ready), no urgency or promises. |
| One shared post | 15% | Shares one of their own public posts with a 3-5 sentence summary drawn only from the post. |
| Gave first, three people | 35% | Sent invites; supported three different people on relevant posts, each with their own specific sentence, not a pasted draft or empty praise. |
| Authenticity | 15% | The student's own work in their own words, with personal context, not AI boilerplate or a copied example. |
90-100 Excellent: every part done, clearly their own · 70-89 Solid, one or two things to improve · 50-69 Done but missing parts or thin · 30-49 Mostly not done · 1-29 Nearly empty

**What SRlink is.** SRlink is the SiliconRoshi (硅谷老兵) academy's own member network, on siliconroshi.ai. You share the posts you put on platforms like YouTube and Xiaohongshu (RedNote), and people in the circle see them and leave you comments; you support others too. It isn't one more platform you have to scroll every day: your posts stay on the original platform, and SRlink just brings the right people to them.
**Before you start:** On your computer, open **siliconroshi.ai/en/srlink** and log in with your academy account (if you don't have one, click **Sign up free**). In the left sidebar, under **Community**, there are five items: **Feed, History, Share, Invite, My**.
**Fill in your profile card.** The first time you open **Feed**, there is a card at the top: "**Add your expertise and social media accounts**". If you don't see it, click **Account** in the account menu at the top right and scroll down to "**SRlink: my expertise and social accounts**". [to verify: where the account menu is on phone and computer]
1. **Expertise and background:** start from your one-line positioning and "About Me" from Quick Start Lesson 8, rework them into a few sentences, and say clearly what you can offer now: a free resource, a small product, consulting, an AI assistant. For example: "Taught elementary school for 31 years. I help tired working parents read picture books with their kids for 20 minutes each night. I have a free book-picking checklist, a book list, and an AI assistant that answers common questions." People see this when they see your posts, and AI follows it when it drafts comments for you. **Don't include your phone number, address or family members' names.**
2. **Social media accounts:** fill in at least one, the account you posted your video on in Lesson 3. For YouTube, enter **@channelname**; for Rednote, enter the nickname shown on your comments. That way, when you support others, they can tell it's you. These accounts are used only to match people and are never shown publicly.
3. Click **Save**.
SRlink has no profile page full of links: people get to know you through this expertise text and the posts you share. Links go in your posts, and that's the next page.
<!-- page: Connect your work in the video description -->
**One video that leads to all your work.** Your promo video from Lesson 3 is where people see you first. Its description should let them click through to: your product, your consulting, and your AI assistant.
In your "My Website" project on claude.ai, say:
```
Write me a "links section" for the top of my YouTube video description, 4 lines or fewer, each line one sentence plus one link:
1. Buy [product name] ([price]): [payment link from Lesson 6]
2. Ask me one-on-one: [booking method from Lesson 7]
3. Have a question? Ask my AI assistant first: [agent link from Lesson 8]
4. Write to me: [your email]
Use plain English. Do not promise results, and no "limited time" or "only a few spots left".
```
**Paste it into the video description.** Open **studio.youtube.com**, click **Content** on the left, click your video, paste the text at the very top of **Description**, and click **Save** at the top right. [to verify: current button positions in YouTube Studio]
If you already pasted links in Lesson 6 or Lesson 8, check that they still open, and add whichever ones are missing.
**Xiaohongshu (RedNote):** outside links in a post often won't go through or get your post held back, so don't paste them yet; just write "The links are on my YouTube channel." [to verify: the current rules for links in RedNote posts and profiles]
The website from the Quick Start course is a file saved on your computer with no web address, so it doesn't go here yet.
<!-- page: Share one post -->
**Pick your best one.** Students on a free account can share 1 post every 30 days; members can share as many as they like. For this one, share your promo video from Lesson 3; its description already connects all your work. Share only **public** posts, never unlisted or private videos.
Click **Share** in the left sidebar and fill in "**Share a post**":
1. **Post title:** use the video's title.
2. For **Platform**, choose **YouTube**, and paste the video's address into **Post link**. If you also posted the same video on RedNote, click **+ Add another platform**, choose **Rednote**, and paste its share link: open the post in the RedNote app, tap the share arrow, then tap **复制链接** (Copy link). An address copied straight from the browser's address bar may not open for other people.
3. **Summary:** 3 to 5 sentences: what it's about, who it's for, what viewers take away. Write only what is really in the video. Claude can help:
```
Here is my video's description: [paste the video description]
Write a 3 to 5 sentence summary: what it's about, who it's for, what viewers take away. Use only facts from the description. Do not make anything up.
```
4. Click **Share to SRlink**.
Once shared, your post shows up in your own feed. But know this: other students only see it if they **follow you**. So on the next page, you give first.
<!-- page: Give first: invite classmates, support 3 people -->
**No audience yet? Give first.** When you truly support others, they notice you too.
**1. Follow each other first.** Members' posts are visible to everyone by default; between students, you have to follow each other to see each other's posts. The easiest way is to send invites:
- Click **Invite** in the left sidebar, enter 3 classmates' emails under "Their email" (one per line), and click **Send invites**. Once they click the link in the email and log in or sign up free, you follow each other. [to verify: where classmates swap emails]
- You can also invite the person who tried your work in Quick Start Lesson 10. Ask them first, and send it only if they're happy to.
**2. Support 3 posts.** Go back to **Feed**. Under each post there are a few **AI comment drafts**:
1. Pick a post that really relates to you. If it doesn't, click **Not for me**; there's no shame in skipping.
2. Click a draft; it's copied automatically and the original post opens. If you want to change it first, click the pencil at the draft's top right, edit it, then click anywhere else.
3. Paste it into the comment box on the original post, and **add one sentence of your own**: your experience, how you'd use it, or one specific question. Then post it and give it a like.
4. Back on the feed, SRlink has already ticked "I commented" and "I liked" for you. Only the post's author can see it was you; there is no public ranking.
Support **3 different people** in total. Three heartfelt ones beat ten just to fill the count. Pasting a draft as is, or only writing "Great post", doesn't count.
**3. Come back in a couple of days.** Click **History** to see who supported you and whom you supported. If someone left you a comment, go to the original post and reply.
**Stuck?** Send Claude a screenshot and ask: "On SRlink's share page I entered a RedNote link and it says the link is wrong. How should I copy it?"
