Every level has a clear PASS. Understanding it is not enough; you have to build it.

   Awareness

   Understand what AI is, what it can do, and what it cannot.

   PASS Explain LLM vs. Agent in your own words and submit the first homework.

   Experience

   Work with AI hands-on and build your first Agent.

   PASS Your Agent completes one real task, and you can explain why it works that way.

3. 3
   Practice

   Build a real project or workflow and refine it until it works.

   PASS Run the work once in a real setting and keep a record of your changes.

4. 4
   Value

   Put your work in front of real people and get feedback, time, or income back.

   PASS At least one real person has used your Agent and given feedback.

   Network

   Build real, reciprocal relationships in a trust network so more people see your work.

   PASS You have sustained, reciprocal exchanges with people you did not know before.
