Terms of Service

Version: v1.1 · Effective: May 30, 2026

Welcome to siliconroshi.ai. "SiliconRoshi / 硅谷Roshi" is an AI education brand that carries forward the educational mission of People's AI. In these Terms, "we" and "us" refer to the operator of the siliconroshi.ai teaching site; "SiliconRoshi" refers to the brand itself. The brand's mission is AI education.

These Terms govern your use of this site and the teaching services we provide here.

Please read carefully. Clicking "I Agree" means you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

Scope of these Terms These Terms apply only to siliconroshi.ai — the teaching site — and to the courses, homework system, and educational services provided directly on it.

These Terms do NOT apply to Wukong Dojo (wukongdojo.com). Wukong Dojo is operated by a separate commercial entity; if you use the Agent platform at wukongdojo.com, please read and accept that company's own Terms of Service — it is a separate contract, independent of these Terms.

1. Who Can Use This Service

  1. You are at least 18 years old, or use this service with your guardian's consent.
  2. You sign up with a real email and are responsible for your account's security.
  3. You use this service for personal learning only. Commercial use requires separate written authorization.

2. Intellectual Property

We — as the operator of the site — hold all content and related intellectual property under the "SiliconRoshi / 硅谷Roshi" brand on the siliconroshi.ai teaching site, including:

  1. Teaching content: course videos, slides, PDFs, Notion notes, prompt templates, grading rubrics, case studies, training roadmaps, and all original teaching materials.

  2. Brand: "SiliconRoshi / 硅谷Roshi", "Heropedia", and the corresponding domains (siliconroshi.ai, heropedia.org); together with the visual identity, conceptual system, and product naming around this course (e.g., the S1-S6 stage names AWAKEN / SPARK / SUMMON / FREEDOM / VISION / FORGE / LAUNCH).

  3. Course framework and methodology: the training path designed around the metaphor of "the 81 Tribulations of the Journey to the West" (西天取经九九八十一难), the homework grading dimensions, the teaching flow design; the SiliconRoshi AI Transformation course methodology, including but not limited to:

    • Three-Layer Shuttle / 三层穿梭 (the phenomenon → essence → philosophy framework for thinking and for prompt construction);
    • Hero Lens / 英雄视角 (the Role Prompt design method that grounds abstract roles in specific real-world heroes);

    and the SiliconRoshi AI Enabling teaching system.

On the "Wukong / 悟空" Affiliated Brands

"Wukong / 悟空", "Wukong Dojo / 悟空 Dojo", and the related domains (wukongdojo.com, wukongdojo.ai, getwukong.ai, wukonggpt.ai) are brands and products held by a separate commercial entity. That entity and siliconroshi.ai are affiliated but legally distinct; for anything involving those brands, domains, or that platform, the terms published by that commercial entity govern — not these Terms.

The IP claims elsewhere in this Section apply only to the assets directly held by siliconroshi.ai.

What You May NOT Do

Without our prior written consent, you may NOT:

If you do, we reserve the right to pursue every legal remedy available — civil litigation, trademark enforcement, and platform takedown requests.

What's allowed: You may (and we encourage you to) apply the methodology, engineering thinking, and AI practice you learn here to your own products, agents, and businesses — as long as you don't directly copy our brand names, visuals, or verbatim teaching materials.

Statement on Third-Party Intellectual Property

We make no claim to any third-party intellectual property. Where any of the following names appear in our legacy course materials, they are used solely as illustrative metaphor or fair-use teaching reference, not as a claim against or impersonation of the rights holder's IP:

Our IP claims are strictly limited to the assets explicitly enumerated in items 1-3 of this section that are originally created on this site. We are progressively replacing third-party metaphors in legacy materials with concepts of our own (e.g., the "81 Tribulations of the Journey to the West" — a public-domain literary reference — in place of any copyrighted modern work). If you find any third-party IP used inappropriately in our materials, please email us so we can correct it.

3. Your Content Belongs to You

First and foremost: the content you submit in the course belongs to you. Homework, code, text, images — you own them. We do not claim ownership.

Our detailed commitments about how we handle your homework data, de-identification, and deletion requests are in our separate Privacy Policy. This section only lists the license you grant us for teaching use and educational outreach.

To make the course work and to support its growth, you grant us a tiered limited license:

Teaching Use

  1. Use your homework for in-class review, teaching examples, and our case library — after removing personally identifiable information (real name, email, WeChat ID, address, employer, etc.);
  2. Use your de-identified homework for peer learning within the course and for public teaching.

Two Kinds of Content Inside Your "Homework"

When we reference student homework for outreach purposes, we distinguish between two kinds of content:

Educational Outreach Use

  1. Use your de-identified homework, learning outcomes, and product demos for course outreach, media interviews, social media content, podcast appearances, website case studies, books and publications, and conference talks;
  2. Use aggregated and anonymized statistics (e.g., completion rates, score distributions, count of student outputs) in educational outreach and operating communications, including but not limited to partner introductions and year-end summaries.

Exceptions (require additional written consent)

  1. Using your real name, photograph, video likeness, or other identifying identity for public outreach, case spotlights, or testimonials requires your separate written consent in advance.

Our Commitments

4. Paid Courses, Refunds, and Termination

Most courses are free; a small number of advanced workshops (e.g., the S3.5 advanced workshop at $27) are paid. Revenue from paid courses goes toward keeping the courses running — including platform operations, content production, and TA / operations costs.

  1. Paid courses are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  2. We may unilaterally terminate your service for breaching this agreement (especially Section 2 "Intellectual Property"), with no refund of fees already paid.
  3. We may also terminate the service for operational reasons, in which case we will pro-rata refund unconsumed paid course fees.

Payment processing: If a particular paid transaction is collected on our behalf by the separate commercial entity referenced above (e.g., the company that operates Wukong Dojo), payment processing, refund procedure, and invoice issuance are subject to that entity's own terms. However, the educational service you receive on siliconroshi.ai remains governed by these Terms.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. The course is provided "as-is" and we make no warranty that it is fit for your particular commercial purpose.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; in any event, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us.

6. Governing Law

  1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
  2. Disputes will first be settled by good-faith negotiation; if unsuccessful, by a court or arbitration body of competent jurisdiction in Santa Clara County, California.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. The latest version is always at siliconroshi.ai/legal/terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect means you accept the new version.
